Well today we landed nice and early in Phuket and immediately jumped on a tour bus and headed to a village on the mainland of Thailand to commence our cruise to, as the locals call it, the island of James Bond.

It was an absolutely scorcher of a day, 38C and 90% humidity, but not to bad on the water with a bit of a breeze.

I believe I gave everybody the wrong information on which Bond movie the island is from. See if you can guess from the pictures.

Whilst heading back from James Bond island I noticed the toilet was a complete unisex toilet as you can see from the photo

On the way back to catch our coach we stopped off at a local Muslim village of approx 350 families. The unusual thing about this village is that it is totally on water.

It has the best location for a soccer field, all be it a 5 a side pitch.

Anyway we got back to our bus and the thermonitor on the outside of the bus said 48C so we quickly jumped aboard and headed back to the ship where Karen and I jumped straight into the pool as we set sail for Yangon, Myanmar.
